my 6 am morning routine today that ended up not being in routine. Just a message to remember that there are deeper things to life than being perfectly on time to every pilates class, making sure you hit your macros every day, and overstressing about eating perfectly Whole Foods and hitting your step count. Fitness enhances your life but it’s never your whole life. Give yourself grace when you need it.
